Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and the original contact information.

To start a return, go to our Start a Return Page to get started. OR, you can also log into your account on our website using the email/phone number associated with your order.

Navigate to Order History, select the order containing the item you wish to return, and click Request a Return. Choose the item(s), provide a reason for the return, and submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions. Ship the item back following the provided steps, and we’ll process your refund or exchange upon receiving and inspecting the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If 7 days after your delivery date pass, we will not accept defective or damaged complaints.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotions, or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you don't mind waiting, once we've received your return, we will ship out the new item you wanted in exchange.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything looks good, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately.
