1. Who are you guys?

We're just a small business based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas who are passionate about creating high quality streetwear for those who love dressing up with style! We use only the best material in Cotton and Fabrics to create our products!

1. What's the fastest you can ship?

We ship fast! Even during the busy holiday season, we ship orders within 1 business day. Orders should be received within 3-4 Business Days with Standard Shipping & 1-3 Business Days with Express Shipping!

If your order has not been delivered in that time promised, we make the shipping FREE! Just email us at leadmarketingproductions@gmail.com for that rebate or any questions you may have.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long. If you still can't find it, email us at leadmarketingproductions@gmail.com for help.

3. My order never arrived, what do I do?

Don't worry, we'll make sure we find your order! Our shipping carriers work independently from us, but that doesn't mean we won't help!

Email us at leadmarketingproductions@gmail.com with your Order Number and Name on the Order and we will immediately start our investigation.

But in the meantime, here are some solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. So definitely reach out to us at leadmarketingproductions@gmail.com with your Order Number and Name on the Order!

We got to know if you haven't received your package immediately! We must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, we will not be able to assist you with a replacement or refund.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

We give you 30 days of receiving your product to make a decision of whether you need to exchange it, or maybe it just wasn't the right fit for you! No worries, we're here to help! If noticeably used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.

5. How do I make a return/exchange?

Just email us at leadmarketingproductions@gmail.com with your Order Number and Name on the Order! Tell us what you're needing to be done and we will get back to you within 12-24 hours with the next steps.

6. Is there a fee for returning?

The first ones on us, but if you make it a habit of buying and returning, we will have to unfortunately charge a shipping and process fee of $8 per return.

7. Can I return it on my own?

Of course! If you opt out of using our pre-paid shipping label to return your product within the 30 day return window, please send it to:
