1. Who are you guys?
We're just a small business based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas who are passionate about creating high quality streetwear for those who love dressing up with style! We use only the best material in Cotton and Fabrics to create our products!
1. What's the fastest you can ship?
We ship fast! Even during the busy holiday season, we ship orders within 1 business day. Orders should be received within 3-4 Business Days with Standard Shipping & 1-3 Business Days with Express Shipping!
If your order has not been delivered in that time promised, we make the shipping FREE! Contact us through our Contact Page if you did not receive your order in the time we promised! We will be sure to take care of you.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email or text providing you with a tracking number to track your order.
Sometimes the email gets sorted into spam, promotions folders, or you might even have typed the wrong email. If you're looking for your order status, you can visit our tracking page & try finding it via your order number and form of contact. If you have none of this information, go to our contact page and give us everything you can about your order.
3. My order never arrived, what do I do?
Don't worry, we'll make sure we find your order! Our shipping carriers work independently from us, but that doesn't mean we won't help!
Contact us on our contact page with your Order Number and Name on the Order and we will immediately start our investigation.
But in the meantime, here are some solutions we can offer:
If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. So definitely reach out to us on our contact page with your Order Number and Name on the Order!
We need to know if you haven't received your package immediately! We must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, we will not be able to assist you with a replacement or refund.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We give you 30 days of receiving your product to make a decision of whether you need to exchange it or return it. No worries, we're here to help! Go to our Start a Return page to get your exchange or return started! If items are noticeably used, destroyed tags, or washed, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.
5. How do I make a return/exchange?
To start an exchange or return go to our Start a Return page to get started! Make sure you have your Order Number and contact used for that order. Follow the steps in that form and we will make sure your return process is smooth and seemless.
6. Is there a fee for exchanging/returning?

Direct exchanges are always free.
Once your return package is on its way back to us, your new order will be placed and you'll receive an order confirmation email.
Returns
A fee of $2.99 can be added to your return depending on the situation of the return. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us on our contact page for more information.
7. Can I return it on my own?
Of course! If you opt out of using our pre-paid shipping label to return your product within the 30 day return window, please send it to:
